This was my second experience with Heaven Riders. My first one was during the Shrikhand Kailash Yatra, where their team did an excellent job and ensured that I had a smooth and fulfilling pilgrimage.
This time, my second experience was during the Adi Kailash Yatra (starting from 5th October). From Delhi to Dharchula, and then from Dharchula to Nabi Gaon and Om Parvat, the entire journey was very well organized by the Heaven Riders team. The arrangements for travel, accommodation, and coordination were truly commendable.
I would especially like to mention Ms. Kalpana, who stayed in continuous touch throughout the yatra. She would call at least once or twice a day to check whether everything was fine, if there were any difficulties, or if we needed any support. Her communication skills, caring attitude, and prompt problem-solving made the entire journey smooth and memorable.
My brother, who was travelling for the first time (he hadn’t been to Shrikhand Kailash earlier), also had a wonderful experience and greatly appreciated Kalpana Ji’s coordination and support.
I sincerely thank the entire Heaven Riders team for their excellent arrangements and extend special gratitude to Ms. Kalpana for making our Adi Kailash Yatra so comfortable and spiritually enriching.
