Overview

This exhilarating 10-day bike expedition begins in Srinagar, where riders prepare for the thrilling journey ahead. Day two sees the team tackling the challenging Zoji La Pass en route to Kargil, stopping to pay tribute at the War Memorial. The ride continues into the heart of Ladakh on day three, navigating Fotu La Pass, witnessing the scenic Moon Landscape, and arriving in Leh after visiting the iconic Magnetic Hill. The adventure intensifies on day four with the ascent of Khardung La, leading to the breathtaking Nubra Valley. The next two days are dedicated to the remote Changthang region, first riding to Pangong Tso, and then pushing towards Hanle to conquer the monumental Mig La pass (5,913 meters) on day seven, a significant accomplishment. After a stop at Tso Moriri and returning to Leh, the final leg starts on day nine, crossing Tanglang La to reach Sarchu. The trip concludes on day ten by traversing the majestic Baralacha La Pass and passing through the Atal Tunnel before finally arriving in Manali, capping off an unforgettable journey across some of the world’s highest motorable terrain.

Day 02 Srinagar to Kargil via Zoji La Pass: Historical Ride

Tackle the challenging yet scenic Zoji La Pass.

Visit the Kargil War Memorial to honour the soldiers of the Indo-Pak conflict.

Explore the Mulbekh Monastery and admire the "Chamba" (Maitreya Buddha) statue.

Day 03 Kargil to Leh via Fotu La Pass

Day 04 Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

Relax and enjoy dinner at the Hunder Village in Nubra Valley (3,048 meters)

Day 05 Nubra to Pangong Tso

Distance | 180 km & Time | 8 hours.

Journey to Pangong Tso (Lake), situated on the Indo-China Border.

Arrive just before sunset to witness the spectacular views of the crystal-clear waters.

Day 06 Pangong to Hanle via Tsaga La

Distance | 180 km & Time | 6-7 hours.

Look out for exotic species like wild horses and the black-necked crane in the barren Changthang region.

Visit the Hanle Observatory for potential star viewing in the evening.

Day 07 Hanle to Mig La and Tso Moriri

Cross the off-road, sandy Kalatartar Plain (similar to Moore Plains).

Reach Mig La (19,400 ft.), taking time to reflect on this extraordinary achievement.

Ride towards Tso Moriri for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 08 Tso Moriri to Leh
