Kerala Tour Package with Thekkady

  • The Caucasus Mountains are a mountain range at the intersection of Asia and Europe

Overview

This 4 Nights/5 Days Kerala package is expertly designed to immerse visitors in the state’s key cultural, mountainous, and wildlife highlights, starting and ending with the historic city of Kochi. The journey commences with one night in Kochi, the “Queen of the Arabian Sea,” where the focus is on exploring the colonial past of Fort Kochi—witnessing the unique Chinese Fishing Nets, visiting the ancient Paradesi Synagogue in Jew Town, and admiring the European-influenced architecture. This cultural immersion sets the stage for the dramatic change in scenery.

The itinerary then transitions to the lush, cool highlands of Munnar for a two-night stay. Here, two full days are dedicated to exploring the iconic landscapes of the Western Ghats, including visits to the Eravikulam National Park to spot the Nilgiri Tahr and tours of the sprawling tea plantations and the informative Tea Museum. The penultimate destination is Thekkady, the heart of Kerala’s spice and wildlife region. The one-night stay here offers activities centered on the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, most famously the lake safari for wildlife spotting, alongside fragrant spice plantation tours. This diverse journey successfully blends historic port town exploration, tranquil mountain relaxation, and exciting wildlife encounters before culminating with a transfer back to Kochi for the departure.
