Health & Fitness

Ice climbing is a physically demanding activity conducted in cold and high-altitude environments. Participants must have a good level of cardiovascular endurance to trek for long hours with a loaded backpack. Strong legs, core, and upper body strength are essential for efficient movement on snow and ice. Good balance, flexibility, and grip strength help maintain stability while climbing on steep ice. Mental fitness is crucial to manage cold exposure, height, fatigue, and technical challenges. Participants should be in good general health and free from conditions that may be aggravated by cold or altitude. Any medical conditions must be disclosed to the instructors before the course begins. Basic understanding of cold-related risks such as hypothermia and frostbite is important. Regular fitness training before the course is strongly recommended for safety and better performance. Personal fitness and health directly impact individual safety and group well-being during the course.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
