By Train: 

Rishikesh railway station is the nearest railway station. Haridwar is also connected to other major cities of India. Rishikesh is accessible from Haridwar by Taxi, Shared Taxi, or Bus.

By Road:

One can take an overnight Volvo bus from ISBT Kashmere Gate, Delhi to reach Rishikesh. Prior booking is advisable, especially during Christmas, New Year, and long weekends.
